Lagomar Apt. GD – 3 bedrooms/ 3 baths: Talk about comfort and spacious, look no further. Complete unit has been remodeled whatever kind of bath you fancy it’s here for you to pick. One bathroom has a Jacuzzi, another has a tub and the 3rd one has a shower. The first master bedroom has a king size bed. Second master bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. Dining table sits 6 and when you sit on the living room sofas……you may never want to get up due to their comfort. Kitchen is beautiful with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Furnishings are contemporary and tastefully done. It has a balcony, A/C in every room, 2 TV’s with cable TV, (master bedroom has flat screen built into the wall), internet, stereo, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher and assigned parking. Perfect for executives and their family. Available short or long term.
New San Juan #210 – ONE BEDROOM, 1 bath. 1 bedroom/1 bath. This is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment. It has a Queen size bed and a futon in the Living room. Stereo, A/C, DVD, Telephone, Internet, Cable TV. Kitchen is completely equipped. The furnishing are contemporary. Has parking. Good for Corporate.
Reina Del Mar, # 9D – Two Bedrooms / One Bath: There’s so much to say about this apartment! As a starter, it has a balcony with a fabulous view of the ocean and coastline. From the bedroom you have a city and coastline view. From the kitchen you even have a view of the ocean!
The furnishings are modern, sophisticated – the unit it’s beautiful! The apartment is fully furnished with washer/dryer, stereo, plasma TV in the living room, also TV in master and second bedroom with cable TV, VCR, DVD, telephone. Three air conditioners. Beautiful kitchen with Corian counter tops. Queen size bed in the master bedroom and Full size bed in second bedroom. It even has a desk and chair with High Speed Internet. Parking. Available either short or long term rental. Executives would love this apartment!

After a rocky start finding our accommodations (and your husband being exceptionally patient), we settled into our apartment at Reina Del Mar (9D). I must admit it is nerve wracking to plan a vacation on theInternet and make reservations site unseen – but everything was just perfect and was exactly what you had promised – the location great, the view from the condo was fabulous and we loved being on the beach.
The condo was wonderful and set the pace for a near perfect week in Puerto Rico.
So a big thanks and I hope to return to Puerto Rico one day – and when I do, I will call you again. And if given the opportunity – I will send a referral your way if I have friendstraveling to Puerto Rico! I did want to give the owner a little feedback on the condo. Son Sid # 5A – 2 BEDROOM, 2 baths. This is interior decorating at its best! Like being in the pages of a magazine – in one word, this apartment is ‘perfect’. The apartment is ‘to die for’ – its been completely remodeled. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
